The case is in very good condition showing veey light signs of normal wear consistent with age and use.

Matte black Tritium dial is in excellent condition showing even patination throughout with matching handset. Signed crown.

The Omega Speedmaster Mark II, first released in 1969, is a significant model in the Speedmaster line, notable for its unique tonneau-shaped case and enhanced readability features.

While it was introduced as a potential replacement for the Speedmaster Professional, it ultimately ran alongside it and was produced until around 1972.

The Mark II also has a connection to NASA's "Alaska Project" and the development of a specialized watch for lunar conditions.
